The Problem
Being Overwhelmed by too many options and that too—unverified
Parents are inundated with choices when searching for childcare, making the process stressful. We developed a guided onboarding experience and tour booking feature that simplifies decision-making by personalizing results and streamlining the booking process.

How might we personalize the childcare search and streamline the process and the information for parents?
How I did it
1. Strategy & Research: Worked with cross-functional teams to define the vision and used research to shape how memories could be intelligently surfaced and connected.
2. Flow & Wireframes: Created user flows and wireframes that mapped out how users would explore their memories, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
3. ML & AI: Collaborated with AI teams to integrate machine learning models that analyze media content, location data, and past behaviors to drive memory recommendations.
4. Design: Designed interactions that encouraged users to dive deeper into their memories, emphasizing exploration and connection across time.
5. Test & Iterate: Prototyped the memory experience and iterated through rounds of user feedback to refine the relevance of memories and connected moments.
Impact
'Memories' was to let users reconnect with meaningful moments, deepening their engagement with their media library. Users found joy in rediscovering past events, resulting in increased interaction with their photo and video content.
What I learned
In a world overflowing with media, where people often overlook their own memories, I discovered how AI and ML can be used to resurface personal moments in a meaningful way, turning what is often seen as cold technology into a powerful tool for emotional connection and engagement.
