The Problem

Being Overwhelmed by too many options and that too—unverified

Parents are inundated with choices when searching for childcare, making the process stressful. We developed a guided onboarding experience and tour booking feature that simplifies decision-making by personalizing results and streamlining the booking process.

How might we personalize the childcare search and streamline the process and the information for parents?

How I did it

1. Research Strategy: Conducted research to understand pain points and motivations, leading to product and then design strategy to focus on ease of use and while earning rewards.

2. Flows & Wireframes: Developed intuitive user flows and wireframes, ensuring that receipt submission and rewards redemption were seamless and straightforward.

3. Design: Created low-effort interactions that encouraged ongoing participation while minimizing user friction.

4. Rewards System Integration: Collaborated with xfn teams and engineering to integrate a rewards system that tailored rewards based on user preferences, enhancing personalization.

5. Test & Iterate: Tested prototypes with users, iterating on designs to optimize usability and ensure consistent engagement.
